Please Note : The List of Sponsoring Hotels are the “OFFICIAL Accommodations” for the Western Epic/Wild Challenge. ALL Teams are asked to Please pick and check off on this form the Sponsoring Hotel YOUR Team wishes to stay at. Please call the Sponsoring Hotel on Monday – Friday between 10.00am and 4 Pm to talk to the Hotel Sales Manager.

NOTE : Please Enter Early and Pick Your Hotel Early as Hotels have a certain amount of Double Queen Rooms for Teams. Early Bird gets the Worm !!!! Deadline to Register is April 2nd ,

COPIES of Player Birth Certificates MUST be on Hand at ALL Games with the Team Manager.

NOTE : A $1,000 Deposit Must be Paid with the registration and a REFUND will be Paid Back “IF” another Team can be found to Replace Your Team. AFTER March 15th NO Refunds will be Paid back as to Locate another Replacement Team will be Impossible.
